答案是三禾夌（找不到此字故用合字）。
三禾夌是治內傷的要藥，跟莪朮配成一對。專通體內的嚴重的瘀血。與乳香沒藥不同的是，此對藥專門通瘀血，乳香沒藥是用來補合傷口。這一對藥都入肝經，兩者有些許不同。三禾夌是血中氣藥，莪朮是氣中血藥。兩者互補所以並用。由於此對藥比較強，通常人虛的狀態下勿用。
